How ye mighty have fallen...

Have you ever felt terribly terribly insignificant and miniscule? I was reminded of such moments when I came across this poem today...

From "Grongar Hill"

A little rule, a little sway,
A sunbeam in a winter's day,
Is all the proud and mighty have
Between the cradle and the grave.

So? I am not upto accepting that I am insignificant in the larger scheme of things- I mean, the world revolves around ME! If it doesnt, its high time it started.

Ok so let me leave my comment again.

Sudeep: The one time I felt insignificant was in a game park with hippos and hyenas at a visible distance. My tent was like a zillion miles away or so it seemed. And all I could do was succumb to the power of mother nature.

Ash: Its always pleasant to have the world revolve around you, though I would settle for one person revolving around me :)

The thought of anything or anyone revolving around me makes me feel claustrophobic!
